Schedule : Monday – Friday, 8 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM (with some flexibility for occasional nights and weekends)

What You’ll Be Doing (The Fun Part!)
- Lead with Purpose – Manage workflows, assign cases, set goals, and keep our amazing team on track
- Find Fulfillment - helping individuals overcome challenges and build brighter futures.
- Train – Help new hires get up to speed on case management, systems, and best practices.
- Keep Things Organized – Ensure compliance with all documentation, Oversee schedules, PTO requests, and all the behind-the-scenes magic.
- Be the Data Guru – Monitor and update crucial databases like Smartsheet, DDAP, and HMIS.
- Strengthen Communities – Collaborate with agencies, partners and initiatives like Greater Hartford CAN and attend meetings.
- Support & Inspire – Conduct staff evaluations, provide feedback, and keep the office vibes positive!
- Drive Positive Change – Lead case management meetings, manage on-call duties, and ensure quality services.
