As the largest nonprofit affordable housing provider in the nation, we build, preserve, and manage program-enriched housing across the country.
The successful Resident Services Coordinator I will identify human and community service needs of residents. Develop strategies to link residents with needed services, including assistance in overcoming various barriers that might impede access to services. Build community partnerships, advocate the property, and encouraging volunteering. Facilitate and implement programs per program model. Collect and record data to measure program outcomes. Actively participate with other staff working toward resident stability.

Esperanza Crossing is a 40-unit affordable property for area families in Esparto, CA.
Pay: $21.00-26.00/hour DOE

Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent.
One (1) year of experience in community development, social services, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
Experience conducting community assessments, applying the principles of conflict management, and organizing community groups, events, or programs.
Knowledge and Skills
Work collaboratively with others in a team environment, respecting and valuing the perspectives and contributions of others.
Demonstrate a high level of verbal, writing, and listening skills.
Proficient with MS Office (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Maintain confidentiality and to obtain appropriate release of information as necessary.
Able to work with people with mental health, disability, substance abuse, legal, and financial issues.
