Who We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a passionate, hands-on Sous Chef who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen and is eager to contribute to both culinary excellence and team development. Key Responsibilities
• Execute & Elevate the Menu – Work closely with the Chef de Cuisine to maintain and refine bold, seasonal Latin-inspired dishes with high culinary standards.
• Kitchen Leadership – Lead day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and strong communication with the team.
• Cost & Inventory Control – Help manage food costs, supplier relationships, and inventory to maintain efficiency and profitability.
• Food Quality & Presentation – Ensure every dish meets taste, technique, and presentation standards before it leaves the kitchen.
• Team Development – Train, mentor, and foster a high-energy, positive kitchen culture with strong teamwork and accountability.
• Regulatory Compliance – Maintain strict adherence to health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Collaboration – Work closely with the front-of-house team to create a seamless dining experience.
What You Bring
• Passion for Latin & South American Cuisine – A deep appreciation for bold flavors and a drive to continuously learn and innovate.
• Leadership & Mentorship – Minimum 1 year in a leadership role as a Sous Chef or equivalent in a high-volume, high-energy kitchen.
• Operational Expertise – Strong skills in recipe execution, food costing, and inventory control.
• Thrives Under Pressure – Ability to handle a fast-paced, demanding environment while keeping standards high.
• Team-First Mentality – Excels in collaboration and problem-solving to create a supportive kitchen culture.
• Bilingual Preferred – Spanish is a plus but not required.
