Under the leadership of the Director of Value Analysis, the Supply Chain/Value Analysis Project Manager will support the broader Supply Chain Management team in evaluating and optimizing product and service selection, cost savings, and quality outcomes across the healthcare system. The Value Analysis Project Coordinator plays a key role in balancing cost-effectiveness, clinical efficacy, and patient safety for both products and services. This position facilitates the acquisition approval process for new products and services while providing ongoing education to stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves evaluating currently utilized products and services to assess their necessity, identify opportunities for conversion, consolidation or standardization, and drive cost-saving initiatives while ensuring alignment with policy compliance, regulatory oversight, clinical and operational priorities.

Requirements
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Science Degree in Healthcare or related field
- Meaningful related experience will be considered in lieu of degree requirement
- Healthcare experience highly recommended
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize one or more of the following:
- Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
- MMIS (Premier Connect)
- Epic (if applicable to position)
- Performance Manager/NetLearning
- Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language in an understandable manner.
- Must be able to work independently and possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Must possess the ability to effectively communicate and deal tactfully with other personnel, visitors, patients, physicians, customers, and the general public.
- Must be flexible, have personal integrity, and the ability to function effectively as a team with other employees.
- Must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
