Incumbent answers all incoming telephone calls in a helpful professional manner. Incumbent ensures that all surgeries and appointments for Perioperative Services and Maternal Child Services are scheduled appropriately while assuring timeliness of the appointment. In addition the incumbent will provide scheduling services and preparation instructions to the patient or doctors office for the ancillary departments which includes Maternity Clinic EEG Medical Nutrition Therapy Echo Radiology Endoscopy and Respiratory. Incumbent ensures appropriate equipment for each procedure is available and distributes surgical and ancillary schedules as appropriate.
