Mercy Plus is seeking to employ a Staffing Coordinator with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Success in this position will result from building effective relationships, attracting and retaining top talent, and creating a positive culture for our staff.
Recruiter Responsibilities:
- Source and attract home health aide candidates and PDN nurses by using databases, social media etc.
- Conduct interviews and filter candidates for open positions.
- Partner with team to understand hiring needs and goals.
- Identify, screen, and hire nursing talent for our clients.
- Complete pre-selection screening processes and documents.
- Maintain a database of new nursing talent with referrals.
- Promote employment opportunities in the nursing profession through recruitment drives.
- Execute the full end-to-end recruitment process of staff and clients, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Assist Human Resources with Credentialing and Onboarding procedures for each employee.
- Assist with daily office duties including answering phones, filing, etc. as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Accounts Manager.
- Schedule writing including daily edits due to client/staffing needs.
- Monthly touch bases with clients and staff to ensure our culture and expectations are being met by staff and clients.
- Requesting and maintaining authorization requests through various insurance providers to ensure care is maintained for clients.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school education or its equivalent.
- 1 years sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition experience for Clinical and Non-clinical roles.
- 1 years experience in schedule writing. Medical preferred but not required.
- Previous insurance authorization experience a plus.
- Previous Alayacare experince preferred but not required.
- Ability to promote company presence, recruit candidates, and manage conversations on multiple social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and Google Drive.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
