As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will play a vital role in our interdisciplinary team, working under the guidance of a supervising PT to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and modifying treatment in response to changing patient needs, identifying equipment and discharge requirements, and collaborating with support personnel regarding treatment orders.
You will also apply physical agents, therapeutic exercises, or gait-training activities as outlined by the licensed PT, progressing patients in an appropriate manner when necessary. Our rehabilitation programs address various conditions, including stroke, brain injury, neurological disorders, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.
