Job Responsibilities:
- Assume responsibility for patient care and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Therapy techs as needed.
- Assess patients' needs and initiate physical therapy interventions in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Evaluate treatment effectiveness and recommend changes to physicians as necessary.
- Perform accurate and timely quality improvement scoring and reassessments as per policy.
- Develop and update patient-specific plans of care for physical therapy.
Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state where the hospital is located.
- Inpatient rehab experience preferred.
- Current BLS/CPR Card.
