Responsibilities
This position provides coordination, planning and monitoring of the facilities Influenza, Tuberculosis and Fit Testing programs. The overall goal of these programs is to achieve 100% regulatory compliance. The scope and responsibilities of this position include coordinating, training and developing programs, systems and reports to work efficiently and effectively. Establishing and maintaining accurate employee health records and monitoring employee’s health pertaining to healthcare regulations. The position requires working independently, performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative and clerical duties to support the department.

Qualifications
Experience:
- Minimum of three years experience required in similar position or related field.
- Experience in providing educational seminars and training.
Special Skills:
- Strong verbal and written skills are required.
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to handle conflict in an assertive and positive
manner. - Must possess ability to work independently, and have good organizational skills.
Pay Range
$23.00 - $31.38 /hour
