The Radiology Technologist assists patients triaging for the visit. You will thrive in this role by relying on our structured process to collect detailed information during a fast paced friendly and positive patient encounter. Successful Radiology Technologists are optimistic and organized to follow-up on multiple tasks.
Every day your high energy keeps you motivated to tackle a variety of tasks while interacting socially in a warm friendly environment for the patient and work team.
Your tasks will include the following :
- collecting patient information including vital signs, height, weight, medical history and prescriptions
- administering medical tests, collecting specimens, giving injections
- providing quality x-ray images
- charting in the electronic medical records system
- processing paper documents such as sports physicals and DOT physicals
- communicating medical results back to patients
