Overview:
Performs secretarial, clerical and receptionist duties under the direction of the Business Manager- Surgical Services. Accurately schedules procedures and appointments for all perioperative locations. Accurately enters charges and posts charts for all perioperative locations. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of two years' secretarial experience. Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Other skills & knowledge: Good organizational skills. Good customer service skills.
Preferred experience: strong background in medical terminology
