Overview :
Performs secretarial, clerical and receptionist duties under the direction of the Preprocedure and Phase 2 Special Services Supervisor.
Accurately schedules procedures and appointments for all perioperative locations. Accurately enters charges and posts charts for all perioperative locations.
Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Qualifications :
- Education : High school diploma or equivalent.
- Licensure : None.
- Experience :
- Minimum of two years' secretarial experience.
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Other skills & knowledge (skills, knowledge, abilities) : Good organizational skills. Good customer service skills.
