About the Job:
This role is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and develop your skills in caring for patients with complex medical needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and reassess patients' needs every 2-4 hours
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
- Provide education to patients and families on disease management and self-care
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Arkansas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
