Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Medical Director, we seek a skilled Paramedic (EMT-P) to join our Mercy EMS team in Cassville, South Barry County. As a vital member of our emergency medical services team, you will perform direct patient care, assessment, evaluation, and basic and advanced medical rescue operations.
Salary and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and employer-matched retirement funds.
Requirements:
- Licensure: Paramedic (EMT-P) license for the state of practice, valid driver's license
- Experience: At least 19 years of age
- Certifications/Registration: Hazmat awareness level training, ACLS at hire, PALS within 6 months of hire/transfer
- Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged standing and walking during each shift
- Able to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
