We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team, working 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepares patients for visits by completing room process, taking vital signs, reviewing history and allergies, and conducting medication reconciliation
- Assists with in-office testing, including drawing blood and administering vaccines within scope of practice
- Schedules follow-up appointments as needed
- Collaborates with providers to monitor and coordinate delivery of care plans
Requirements:
- Licensure: Active LPN licensure
- Preferred Experience: 6 months clinical healthcare experience, preferably in primary care
