Key Responsibilities
* Conduct clinical laboratory tests and procedures, including blood collections, urinalyses, and other diagnostic tests
* Maintain accurate records and reports of test results and patient data
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as CLIA and HIPAA
* Collaborate with laboratory staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with latest laboratory technologies and techniques
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Associate's degree or higher in a life science field (e.g., medical technology, biology, chemistry)
* American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP) certification (or eligible)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
