Qualifications :
- Experience : PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency with 3 years of clinical pharmacy experience in an emergency or critical care setting required.
- Preferred Experience : PGY-2 Residency in Emergency Medicine or Critical Care preferred.
- Required Education : Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
- Certifications : Eligible for Board of Pharmacy Specialties certification (preferred in area of specialty practice).
