Job Summary
We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team!
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to deliver exceptional patient care and service, while maintaining a positive work environment.
The RN will be responsible for evaluating the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinating patient care in conjunction with other departments.
This role requires the maintenance of patient rights and confidentiality of patient information, while performing duties in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and mercy service standards.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care
- Evaluate overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers
- Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- Current RN license in our state
- Physical requirements/demands:
- Position requires individuals to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Position requires prolonged standing and walking each shift
- Position requires the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
