Overview:
Performs personal care and other assigned duties to patients in their home under the guidance and supervision of the skilled nursing staff or therapy staff. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Valid drivers license.
- Certifications: Certified Nursing Assistant and/or completion of the Mercy approved Patient Care Tech Program. CPR certification required, but can be obtained after hire.
- Preferred Education: High school diploma or GED
- Preferred Experience: Experience in a homecare or nursing facility
- Preferred Other: Has basic computer skills as well as a working knowledge of Windows, Word and Outlook.
