We're looking for a caring and organized individual to fill the role of Patient Care Associate. In this position, you'll work closely with our nursing staff to ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent patient care, including vital signs, bathing, toileting, and mobility assistance
- Perform clerical duties, such as data entry and record-keeping
- Support patient transportation and mobility, as required
Education and Training:
Our Patient Care Associate training program is an accredited Department of Labor Apprenticeship Program, offering comprehensive training and hands-on experience. You'll gain valuable skills and credentials in a supportive healthcare environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA/CPTC certification preferred
- No prior experience necessary; on-the-job training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform tasks that require physical exertion
