Responsibilities
- Preparation of patients for visits, including entering chief complaints, taking vital signs, and reviewing patient history and allergies.
- Assistance with in-office testing, including drawing blood, conducting mental status exams, and administering vaccines and other injections.
- Scheduling of follow-up appointments as needed.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant preferred.
- 6 months of clinical healthcare experience preferred.
