Overview: Healthcare - Enterprise Lean Portfolio Manager

The Enterprise Lean Portfolio Manager is essential in working with Performance Divisions to coordinate strategy that drives the division and Mercy's organizational success. The individual in this role makes decisions on prioritization and execution. The Enterprise Lean Portfolio Manager works well with divisional partners to create clear roadmaps of products and platforms that reflect the division's goals, objectives, and key initiatives. This role engages with key leaders on the status of the initiatives. Finally, the Enterprise Lean Portfolio Manager cooperates with capability teams to ensure capacity and timing of delivery are addressed while ensuring alignment to security and architecture guidance and policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 years relevant experience in product management and/or portfolio management leveraging agile principles.
- Required Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Other: Recognized SAFe Agilist and/or SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager. Project management certification is ideal.
- 5 years relevant health care experience in hospital, clinical or patient care environments.
- Relevant experience in health care technology and implementation.
- Demonstrated mastery of coaching and mentoring, communication management, conflict resolution, executive presentation, and critical thinking.
- Proven ability to lead and facilitate work independently and operate as a self-starter using appropriate resources and discernment.
- Demonstrated success in transformation strategies across an enterprise environment.
- Preferred Requirements: Education: Master's in Health Care/Administration or other relevant advanced degrees.
