Job Title: Clinical Supervisor
This role directs the daily operations of a patient care unit, overseeing the work of registered nurses, charge nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff performance, ensuring quality of care, and maintaining a safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Staff Management: Evaluates and develops staff members to meet the needs of the unit.
- Quality Improvement: Identifies areas for improvement and implements changes to enhance patient care.
- Patient Safety: Ensures adherence to safety protocols and policies to prevent adverse events.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
- Licensure: Active nursing license in Arkansas required.
- Experience: Four years of experience in a clinical setting preferred.
