Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our medical surgical team. In this role, you will utilize the nursing process to provide patient care, evaluate the effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers, and coordinate patient care with other departments.
Job Description:
- Maintain professional accountability for provision of patient care for assigned patients
- Evaluate overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers
- Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
- Licensure: personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
