Job Description
As a Nurse Technician, you will assist the RN or LPN in the individualized care of the patient, promoting their highest level of wellness. Your clinical procedures and nonclinical support tasks will be essential in providing care to the patient.
- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. and enrollment in an approved or accredited nursing program are required. Prior to employment, you must provide student transcripts indicating completion of Fundamentals of Nursing from an accredited school of nursing and a competency skills list from your learning institution.
- Certification(s): BLS certification is required within one month of hire.
- Physical Requirements: The position requires the ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
