Overview
We are seeking an experienced HR System Support Specialist - TDO to provide critical support for our HR systems processes. The successful candidate will serve as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas, ensuring data integrity and testing system changes.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for HR systems processes, ensuring seamless execution and troubleshooting issues as needed.
- Collaborate with the HRS team to ensure data integrity and accuracy, participating in testing and implementation of system changes.
- Assist management in identifying improvement opportunities, recommending business process enhancements to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support HRS upgrades and/or patches, participating in testing and implementation to minimize disruptions.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in HRIS, with a focus on HR/Payroll/Benefits system administration and support.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to follow written procedures and communicate effectively.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, HR/Payroll processing, and Timekeeper systems (Lawson and Kronos); MS Access knowledge helpful.
