Overview:
Provides Behavioral Health services for callers to enhance their entrance into Mercy Health Care. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, guiding principles, mercy standards and NASW Code of Ethics.
Intake Specialist Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or mental health degree required.
- Preferred Licensure: LCSW or LPC preferred
Intake Coordinator Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Social Work
- Licensure: Licensure not required but preferred
- Experience: 2 years mental health or crisis intervention experience preferred
