Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for preparing, analyzing, and presenting financial information to support operational and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
This position will work closely with multidisciplinary teams across the organization to develop pricing/formulary strategies and rate modeling. You will also be responsible for developing financial models in support of Mercy Revenue Management initiatives. These models will include daily pricing maintenance, research/vendor contracts, and system conversions as related to revenue.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in healthcare
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field from an accredited college or university
- Strong Excel skills and excellent analytical, critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills
