What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN - Neurosurgical Weekend Option Nights position at Mercy?
Sign On Bonus Eligible: Up to $3,000
Schedule:
- 36 hrs/wk (3x12 hr shifts)
- Fri, Sat, Sun
- Night Shift - 1900-0730
- Requires a 1 year contract
- 3 wkends off in the 12 mo agreement
- $15/hr incentive on top of base
- Shift differentials- Days, Nights, Weekends
- Must successfully complete orientiaton before moving to weekends
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Preferred Experience: 1 yr LPN experience
- Licensure: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure. Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements
Certifications:
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
- LPN-IV Certification must be previously completed or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire
