Mercy Clinic Weight Management - Springdale
Full-Time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Overview:
Responsible for assisting an APRN and Dietician in providing patient care to clinic patients under the supervision of physicians/nurse practitioner and the leader. We are looking for someone familiar with exercise and physical fitness for this role to help patients create exercise plans contributing to weight management; personal training background preferred.
Medical Assistant Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Certification: Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
- Preferred Experience: Previous experience with personal training or creating exercise plans
- Preferred Certifications: Personal Training Certification
- Certified Medical Assistant:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
- Certification: Must have active Medical Assistant certification/registration (RMA, CCMA, CMA). Must obtain BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
LPN Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Licensure: Current Arkansas license as an LPN
- Preferred Certifications: Personal Training Certification
- Preferred Experience: Previous experience with personal training or creating exercise plans
