Overview:
Assists Physician and Office Staff with Selected Duties Including Clerical Processing, Patient Preparation, Scheduling, Lab, X-ray, and Medical Records. As Directed, Performs Patient Care Activities Consistent with Established Standards of Nursing Practice.
Qualifications:
- Medical Assistant Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Certification: Must Obtain BLS Certification Within 90 Days of Hire
- Preferred Experience: 6 Months of Clinical Healthcare Experience
- Certified Medical Assistant Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Certification: Must Have Active Medical Assistant Certification/Registration (RMA, CCMA, CMA)
- Must Obtain BLS Certification Within 90 Days
