As a Medical Instrument Technician II, you will play a critical role in preparing operating rooms for surgery, using appropriate techniques. You will also provide technical services and assist in the operating room as assigned and directed by the professional nurse.
**Responsibilities:**
Assist in the operating room with surgical procedures.
Prepare operating rooms for surgery.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient care.
**Requirements:**
Education: Post high school/vocational degree in a relevant field.
Licensure: Basic Life Support Certification through the American Heart Association for Health Care Providers.
Experience: 1 year experience as a scrub tech.
Certifications: Preferably certified as a surgical scrub tech.
