Job Description
This full-time position is for an LPN or Medical Assistant to work in our Primary Care Clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing patients for visits, taking vital signs, reviewing patient history and allergies, and completing medication reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for visits by completing the Advanced Standard room process
- Take patient vital signs and review medical history
- Complete medication reconciliation and documentation in Epic
- Assist with in-office testing, including drawing blood and completing mental status exams
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
