Provides case management/therapy for patients and families to enhance their psychosocial functioning. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with mission, values and mercy service standards.

Qualifications:
- Education: Master's degree required in Social Work, Counseling or other human-service related field.
- Licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) required. Only a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is accepted at Mercy Hospital Perry.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years Behavioral Health experience.
