Mercy Hospital is seeking a CRNA to join our team in Lebanon and Rolla, Missouri! We need additional CRNAs to meet the growing volumes of cases and exciting and rapid growth in the hospital. We have recently welcomed new general surgeons, OBGYN, orthopedic surgeons, and an interventional pain physician!
This is an opportunity to practice independently and part of a hospital-employed group of CRNAs that truly focus on providing an exceptional experience for our patients and physicians! Come here and maintain a wonderful skill set with the ability for general surgery with scopes, OBGYN, orthopedics, ophthalmology, podiatry, pain management, central lines, peripheral nerve blocks, and more! No hearts or neuro required!
Mercy Hospital – Lebanon, Missouri
- 58-bed hospital – long-term and stable providers plus new growth taking place
- Comprehensive outpatient surgery center in Rolla
- No trauma designation
- Seven employed CRNAs when fully staffed
- Six ORs and procedure rooms
- Independent practice – autonomy and decision making – practice to full scope of your abilities
- Very supportive medical staff – friendly and fun surgeons, experienced CRNAs, supportive leadership and administration
- Eight LDRP Rooms - hospital performs 400 deliveries annually
- Supportive partners for difficult cases
- Strong mentorship program for new graduates
- System-wide Epic EMR
This Position Offers
- $250,000 annual guaranteed base salary
- Six weeks of paid time off plus additional sick bank and one week for CME time off
- $50,000 commencement bonus
- Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, and CME allowance
- Occurrence professional liability coverage
- Opportunity to occasionally work at other Mercy facilities for a change of pace, if desired
