Mercy Family Medicine Clinic is seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our primary care team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our practice.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for visits with providers by completing thorough medication reconciliations, reviewing patient histories and allergies, and documenting necessary information in Epic.
- Assist with in-office testing, including drawing blood, conducting mental status exams, EKGs, walking oxygen studies, and point-of-care testing.
- Administer vaccines and other injections within your scope of practice.
- Schedule follow-up appointments as needed, per office policy.
- Collaborate with providers and the clinical care team to monitor and coordinate delivery of care plans.
