Overview:
The Primary Care Nurse Supervisor will serve an integral role in Mercy’s efforts to implement high-quality and patient-centric care delivery. This role will be responsible for supporting the team of Primary Care Nurses under the direction of the Primary Care Nurse Manager. This role will form collaborative relationships with the clinic managers and interdisciplinary teams, coordinate daily activities, support hiring and training personnel in the responsibilities of their job functions, and assist the manager in education. Duties and responsibilities will be performed in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
Experience: 3 years clinical healthcare and leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: BA/BS degree in Nursing (BSN) or Healthcare Administration
- Experience: 5 years clinical healthcare and leadership experience
