Job Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse on our medical surgical team, your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care
- Evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers
- Coordinating patient care with other departments
You'll also be responsible for maintaining patient rights and confidentiality of patient information, performing duties in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
