Overview:
Onboarding Specialists provide a high level of support to new hires from the time of offer acceptance through their first day with Mercy.
They are responsible for providing a seamless onboarding experience to new hires with:
- Knowledgeable communication of employment requirements
- Coordination and verification of access
- Resolve user access problems
- Role based access management
- Coordination of payroll
- Other projects as required
Qualifications:
- Preferred Experience:1 year of customer service experience
- Required Education: High School or equivalent required
- Preferred Education: Associates or Bachelors
- Other: Exquisite attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills required
