Job Summary
We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Unit team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
Responsibilities
Key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring patient vital signs and responding to changes in their condition
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in nursing (associate degree, diploma, or BSN)
- A current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire
- One year of RN experience preferred
