Overview:
This position provides the necessary clerical, data and financial management, and operational coordination for the Facilities Maintenance and Operations department. Utilizes exceptional organizational, customer service and communication skills. Exercises independent judgment and confidentiality in assisting with operational details.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 to 5 years minimum working as an office manager or department assistant within a Facilities maintenance organization
- Required Education: High School plus specialized training (minimum 6 months)
- Certifications: Valid Drivers License for all Mercy locations
