Overview: The Organizational Effectiveness Specialist plans, coordinates, and delivers solutions in the following areas, including but not limited to: communication planning, survey administration, creating and maintaining shared resources (SharePoint sites, shared directories, online libraries), training program management, and ad hoc project management. The Organizational Effectiveness Specialists primary focus will be providing support to multiple Organization Effectiveness Managers in the areas listed above.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3 years of relevant work experience.
Entry-level to intermediate level of knowledge of change management practices and methodologies; change management certification preferred but not required.
Conceptual understanding of change management approaches and best practices identifying and engaging key sponsors and stakeholder groups, communication planning and delivery, training plan assessment and execution, identifying metrics to measure adoption and success rates.
- Required Education: Bachelors degree.
- Preferred Education: Masters preferred in related subject matter (Organizational Effectiveness, Human Resource Management/Development, Leadership, or I/O Psychology.

Excellent organization, project management, and time management skills with proven success working on and delivering multiple projects at once.
Must act as a positive change agent and consistently demonstrate the ability to adapt to changes, knows how to evaluate and prioritize tasks and key deliverables.
Strong problem-solving, learning orientation and mindset.
Strong critical thinking and data analysis skills, including establishing and tracking key metrics to determine overall effectiveness.
Excellent presentation, facilitation, written and verbal communication skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong ability to effectively navigate, present and connect with virtual audiences. Excellent interpersonal skills.
High degree of customer service orientation towards internal customers, partner departments and colleagues.
