This role requires effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers, as well as clinical expertise, critical thinking skills, and compassion. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to promote patient-centered care and improve health outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, current RN licensure, and at least one year of acute care hospital experience. BLS certification is required at hire date or within 90 days. Certification in Case Management is preferred.
