Mercy Clinic Post Acute is currently seeking a board certified or board eligible Geriatrician, Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our practice in St. Louis, Missouri. Our Mercy Clinic Post Acute team consists of 3 physician and an engaged support staff focused on quality patient care.
This position will provide care and serve in several Nursing Facilities in St. Louis and St. Charles counties in Missouri.
Responsibilities include managing complex medical conditions, coordinating all aspects of care for their patient, and developing strong relationships with residents and their families. Must possess excellent communication/interpersonal skills & have a solid understanding of nursing home regulations.
Mercy Hospital St. Louis:
- A 979-bed, fully accredited teaching hospital
- The only Level 1 Trauma Center in St. Louis County
- 80,000 adult emergency visits annually
- A nine-level, on-campus Heart Hospital with 96 private patient rooms
- System-wide Epic EMR
- Leapfrog Grade A rating for patient safety
