Responsibilities
The LPN will be responsible for:
- Providing safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient-centered care in a systematic way
- Partnering with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in Practical Nursing
- An active LPN licensure
- 6 months clinical healthcare experience, preferably in a primary care office (preferred)
