About the Team
We are a dynamic and supportive team at Mercy Clinic Gastroenterology - Edmond, and we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Provider Assistant to join us.
This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. As a Primary Care Provider Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to our medical staff and assisting with various tasks related to patient care.
- You will prepare patients for visits with providers, complete Advanced Standard room processes, and take patient vital signs and review patient history and allergies.
- Additionally, you will work the Encounter Guide to help close any open care gaps and recheck elevated blood pressures.
Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical healthcare, preferably in a primary care office, and possess excellent communication skills.
