9am-6pm, Monday-Friday, Full-Time
Overview:
Receives referral/authorization via fax, email or verbal. Reviews patient benefits for referral/authorization process. Initiates call to physician offices or Payer to complete referral process. Provides updates to patients/offices regarding referral/authorization status.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Medical office experience preferred
- Required Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Certifications: None
- Other: Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Computer literacy and general knowledge of office operations. Strong communication skills.
