About the Role
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with no prior experience necessary. As a Rehabilitation Support Specialist, you will assist patients with daily care needs, including meals, bathing, toileting, ambulation, patient mobility, and transport.
You will work closely with RNs and LPNs to provide individualized care and achieve patient wellness. Opportunities for advancement exist through our career ladder program.
