The Residency Coordinator assists the Program Director and Associate Program Directors in coordinating the Residency Program including accreditation, recruitment, and daily operations and should report directly to the Program Director. The Residency Coordinator assumes a decision-making role in the faculty and resident schedules depending on the needs of the Department. The Residency Coordinator must provide an atmosphere of professionalism and create a positive attitude to maintain a high morale among current residents and to encourage resident applicants.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Experience: Two years of administrative experience or alternatively, 6 years of administrative experience required in lieu of a degree.
