Overview:
Complete responsibility for monitoring and maintaining all aspects of ordering and receiving of merchandise for Gift Shop. Handles receiving problems by contacting the vendor for picking errors/miss-ships, shortages/overages, and damaged goods. Does inventory cycle counts. Must be able to prioritize work and have excellent customer service skills. Performs related duties as assigned. Performs a variety of customer service related tasks including answering telephones, greeting customers, assisting customers, as well as a complete range of cashiering functions. Performs others duties as assigned. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and mercy service standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Requires High School diploma.
- Licensure: None.
- Experience: Inventory control experience in a retail setting with accounting background.
- Certifications: None.
- Other:
- Proficient on the computer.
- Preferred Experience: Previous experience using Yellow Dog inventory system.
